Information covered by this notice
This notice concerns website enquiries under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Depending on the fields you complete, the information includes your name, company, phone number, email address, product or service interest, project or delivery location, message and correspondence. The notice acknowledgment, document version and submission time may accompany your enquiry. Please do not send identity-document copies, health data or other sensitive information in a general contact form.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Contact details and project information are used to assess a requested quotation, arrange discovery or respond to pre-contract requests where necessary for establishing or performing a contract (Article 5(2)(c)).
- General enquiries and correspondence are handled on the basis of legitimate interests in providing a response and maintaining request records, subject to your fundamental rights (Article 5(2)(f)).
- Records may be retained where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights (Article 5(2)(e)), or fulfil an applicable legal obligation (Article 5(2)(ç)).
The required form checkbox records that the notice was presented and read. It does not grant permission for advertising, marketing messages or Analytics. Those purposes are not a condition of submitting an enquiry.
Collection and recipients
You provide information electronically through the fields you complete, email or WhatsApp, or by telephone. Information is accessible to staff handling the enquiry and, to the extent necessary, hosting, IT and email service providers that deliver these functions. It may be disclosed to competent public authorities where legally required, or to advisers handling a legal claim. This notice does not authorise unrelated sharing across other websites.
Some forms open your email app or prepare a WhatsApp message; you must complete sending in that application. WhatsApp/Meta and your email provider also process information according to their own services. WhatsApp is optional; the telephone and email contacts above are alternatives.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle and conclude the request. Contractual records, legal obligations and active disputes may require longer retention. Data for which all processing grounds have ended must be deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Please contact the operator for the retention period applicable to your particular request.
Analytics and overseas services
Optional Analytics is disabled until you choose it. Providers such as Google or Meta may use infrastructure outside Türkiye. An optional-cookie choice does not itself establish the safeguards required for an overseas transfer under Article 9. Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purposes and whether processing is consistent with them, learn domestic and overseas recipients, request correction, and request deletion or destruction where the statutory conditions apply. You may ask for relevant corrections or deletion to be notified to recipients, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You may send a signed written request to the address above. You may also contact destek@konteynergrup.com using an email address you previously supplied and that is registered with the operator, in accordance with the applicable application rules. Your identity and request must be sufficiently clear; a general contact form should not be used to upload identity documents. Requests are assessed as soon as possible and within 30 days, ordinarily without charge, subject to the statutory fee rules.
